Tickets

Ticketing guidance

Tickets are sold through the ticketing partner named on each event page. This site publishes the programme and sends you to that partner — it never takes payment.

In shortNo card details here. Partner handles payment, e-tickets, changes and refunds. We confirm the partner name before any event goes on sale.

Buying

Three steps from page to door

Step 01

Choose the city and the event

Event pages carry the venue, the date, the price range and the partner selling that event. If any of those is missing, the event is not on sale.

Step 02

Pay on the partner's platform

The booking, the card payment and the confirmation email all happen on the partner's site. You leave this site at that point.

Step 03

Enter with the e-ticket

The partner issues an electronic ticket after successful payment. It is scanned at the venue; printed copies are accepted where the venue supports them.

No ticketing partner is named on this site until an event is confirmed. Where no partner is named, there is nothing on sale.

Changes, refunds and cancellations

Because payment is taken by the ticketing partner, the refund route runs through them. That is not a way of avoiding the question — it is where your money actually is.

  • You change your mind. Whether a ticket can be exchanged or refunded depends on the partner's terms and on how close the event is. Check their terms before paying.
  • The event moves. If a date or venue changes, ticket holders are contacted by the partner first. Where a change makes the ticket unusable, the partner's policy governs the refund.
  • The event is cancelled. Face value is refunded through the partner. Booking fees follow their terms.
  • You bought from a reseller. We cannot verify or refund tickets bought anywhere other than the partner named on the event page.

Accessibility

Access requirements are specific to each venue: step-free routes, companion tickets, accessible toilets, and where a relaxed performance is planned.

Before you buy, tell us the city and the event and we will connect you with the venue's access contact, so the arrangement is agreed with the people who run the building rather than promised on their behalf.

E-tickets and entry

Electronic tickets are issued after payment and are tied to the booking. Bring the same device or a printed copy, arrive before the door time published with the event, and expect a bag check where the venue requires one. Tickets are not transferable unless the partner's terms say so.

What we never ask for

  • Card details on this website — there is no checkout here.
  • Payment by bank transfer to an account sent by email.
  • Ticket "fees" paid to a third party to release a held booking.

If you receive a message asking for any of the above in our name, forward it to info@parallaxsoho.org and do not pay.

Questions

Ticket questions we get most

Where do I buy tickets?
On the partner platform linked from the event page. If an event page has no partner and no price, that event is not on sale yet.
Who do I contact about a refund?
The ticketing partner that sold you the ticket — they hold the payment. We can point you to the right support address if you are unsure which partner sold your event.
Can I buy at the venue on the night?
Some venues sell remaining tickets at the door, but this is decided by the venue and never guaranteed. Where it is offered, it is stated on the event page.

In practice

From the box office to the door

Theatre box office desk
The partner holds the order and the payment; we hold the production.
Empty balcony seating
Access seats and companion tickets are set with the venue before on-sale.
Audience in a theatre foyer
Interval and latecomer policy is published with the event, not decided on the night.

Still unsure about a booking route?

Tell us the city and the event; we will confirm which partner is selling it and who handles changes.
