What we collect

Two forms on this site collect data: the contact form and the city newsletter form. Nothing else on the site asks you for information, and there is no account system.

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional company or venue, the topic you select and your message.
• Newsletter form: your email address, an optional first name and the cities you select.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or heatmaps on this site.

Why we hold it

Contact enquiries are held to answer your question and to keep a record of the exchange. Newsletter records are held to send you the season announcement for the cities you chose.

Where the law requires a basis: contact enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence; newsletter records rely on your consent, which you give by confirming the request. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

• Contact enquiries: 24 months from the last message in the exchange, then deleted.
• Newsletter records: until you ask to be removed, or 24 months after the last announcement sent to you, whichever comes first.
• Unconfirmed newsletter requests: 30 days, then deleted.

Who sees it

Enquiries and newsletter records are stored in this website's database. Access is limited to the people who run the company and, where necessary, the hosting provider acting on our instruction.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to the ticketing partners. If you buy a ticket, the partner collects your data under its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@parallaxsoho.org and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies of its own for visitors apart from the WordPress session cookie that only applies if you log in. One browser storage key records your cookie choice. The cookie notice describes it in full.
