How a city is added
A city is a venue partnership, not a dot on a map
Step 01
Venue first
A room with the right stage, load-in and seating capacity is agreed before the city is announced as part of a season.
Step 02
Programme second
Acts and productions are matched to that room, then the calendar is built around the tour routing.
Step 03
Tickets last
The ticketing partner and price range are confirmed, and only then does the city go on sale.
