Before you write
How do I find shows in my city?
Open Cities and choose your
city. Each city page lists the programme lines planned for that city and the status of dates.
While a season is unannounced the page shows TBA — that is the honest state, not a missing page.
Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold through partner ticket channels, not on this site. When a date is
confirmed, the listing links to the partner page for that event. We never ask for card details
anywhere on parallaxsoho.org.
Who handles changes and refunds?
The partner that sold the ticket handles changes, refunds and cancellations under its
own terms — it holds the order and the payment. If a performance is cancelled by us, the partner
contacts ticket holders and processes the refunds.
How do I work with you as a promoter?
Send a project outline through this form: cities, room if known, dates window,
programme type and budget frame. We reply with fit and next steps. Every engagement is quoted per
project — there is no rate card.
How do I get notified when dates are announced?
Join the list on the newsletter
page. Choose one or more cities; we only send announcements for the cities you chose, and the
record stays pending until you confirm it.
