About
A production company that runs its own tours
Parallax Soho Limited organises and produces live performing arts events, stage performances and touring shows for audiences across Europe. We plan the season, book the rooms, coordinate the artists and produce the show.
What the company does
Our activities include live music performances, theatrical productions, dance shows, artistic performances and special entertainment events held at selected venues in different European cities.
Within a production we manage event planning, performance scheduling, artist coordination, venue arrangements, show production and ticket sales. Those six functions are the whole job: everything else — publicity, catering, merchandise — sits with the venue or with the artist.
Tickets are sold through partner ticket channels rather than from this website. The partner issues the electronic ticket after payment, and that ticket is what gets scanned at the door.
How we choose a room
Capacity is the last question, not the first. A touring production needs a stage depth that fits the set, a load-in that does not cross a public foyer, a grid that carries the lighting rig and a seating rake that lets the back row see the floor. If a room cannot take the show as designed, we change the room — not the show.
How we work
Three functions, one production desk
01
Production
Show design is fixed before contracts: set dimensions, lighting plan, sound plot, crew numbers and get-in hours. The technical schedule travels with the tour.
02
Artist liaison
One contact per act from offer to load-out: travel, accommodation, riders, rehearsal time and the running order on the night.
03
Venue operations
Front-of-house flow, access requirements, ticketing partner integration and the settlement report after the last show.
Boundaries
What this company does not do
- We do not own or operate venues. Each room is booked per production.
- We do not take card payments on this website, and we do not hold your card details.
- We do not resell tickets, and we do not buy or list tickets on secondary markets.
- We do not publish a date until the venue and the on-sale arrangement are confirmed.
Photography on this site is illustrative. It shows the kind of rooms and stage conditions we work in; it does not depict specific productions, venues or named artists.
Planning a tour, or want the season first?
Promoters and venues can send a project outline at any time. Audiences can join the list for a city and hear once, when the season is confirmed.
