For promoters & venues
Bring us the room. We bring the production.
We take touring projects from first routing idea to final settlement — and we quote per project, because a three-city tour and a single night are not the same job.
What we take on
Six things a promoter should not have to chase
Each of these is a named deliverable in the project scope, not an assumption about who is doing it.
01
Tour planning & scheduling
Routing, availability and a calendar that survives real travel times.
02
Artist coordination
Contracts, riders, travel and day-of contact in one place.
03
Venue arrangements
Room selection, technical fit, load-in and licensing questions.
04
Show production
Crew, lighting, sound and staging, scaled to the room.
05
Ticket operations
Partner selection, price structure and on-sale coordination.
06
Settlement & reporting
A written settlement per event, with the ticket report behind it.
How a project runs
Four stages, each with an output you can hold
Stage 01
Brief & feasibility
Artist or production, target cities, dates window and budget frame. Output: a written feasibility note.
Stage 02
Routing & venues
Room options with technical fit and cost. Output: a routing proposal with two alternatives.
Stage 03
Production plan
Crew, equipment, schedule and contingency. Output: a production schedule and a costed plan.
Stage 04
Delivery & settlement
Show delivery, ticket reporting and a written settlement per event.
What we need from you
- The act or production, and what the audience should experience.
- The cities you are considering and any dates that are fixed by the artist.
- Budget frame for production and marketing, and who carries the risk on unsold tickets.
- The venue relationship, if you already have one — or permission for us to approach rooms.
Scope, quotes and what is excluded
Quotes are project-based: a single night, a short run and a multi-city tour are priced differently because the work is different. A quote states what is included, what the venue is expected to provide, and what is billed at cost.
Standard exclusions: artist fees, venue hire, local marketing spend, travel and accommodation unless listed. Anything not written into the scope is not included.
What we will not claim
We do not publish client lists, attendance figures or awards we have not been given. If you want references for a specific city or production type, ask — and we will tell you what we can and cannot show.
