What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of parallaxsoho.org and to enquiries you send through it. They do not cover ticket purchases: a ticket is sold by the ticketing partner that operates the booking page, under that partner's terms.

The site is operated by Parallax Soho Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 10862406.

What this site is

This site publishes information about performances we organise and produce. It is not a shop: we do not take payments, we do not issue tickets and we do not hold seat inventory.

Programme information is published when a performance is confirmed. Where a date, venue or price is not confirmed, the page shows TBA. A TBA entry is not an offer and cannot be booked.

Promoter and venue engagements

Work with promoters, venues and artists is agreed in writing per project. A project normally starts with a written outline covering cities, dates window, programme type and budget frame, and proceeds to a quote that states the scope, the deliverables and the fee.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fees are invoiced against the schedule in the quote. Nothing in this website is a quotation and no price shown here is binding.

Tickets, changes and refunds

Ticket sales are handled by partner channels. The partner's terms govern payment, delivery of the electronic ticket, changes, refunds and cancellation by the ticket holder.

If we cancel or reschedule a performance, the partner contacts ticket holders using the details in the order and processes refunds of the ticket face value. We do not reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by ticket holders.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but programme information can change. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on an unconfirmed entry, or for interruptions to the site that are outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints

Write to info@parallaxsoho.org with the subject "Complaint". We acknowledge within two working days and answer within ten working days, setting out what we have found and what we propose.

Complaints about a ticket purchase should go to the partner that sold it first, because the order and the payment sit with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where the company is registered. Disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in Europe, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
